Return Policy

We want the best for you.

To start a return, contact us at customerservice@pathxsolutions.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number.

The RA number must be included on the package. After cleaning and wrapping the item, email us a photo of the ready-to-ship skid. We will confirm the pickup date and time for shipping based on availability. Pathx will  provide the shipping label.

Returns Eligibility:

For rental contracts (36-month & 24-month contract) and purchased Pathx products,  items must be clean, undamaged, skidded, and wrapped by the client to be eligible for a return.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact  us within 2 days of receiving the shipment. We may request photo evidence to properly assess the issue. Once verified, we will offer a replacement of the damaged or defective item(s). Please note that our policy is to replace damaged goods, refunds are not be offered in lieu of.

Restocking & Shipping Fees

For Rental Contracts
(36-Month or 24-Month):
  • You have a 90-day period to exit the contract if needed. Regardless of how far into 90 days the client uses the product, they will be charged for 90 days. Since first and last are paid upfront the client will only be required to pay for one additional month.

  • The 90-day payment covers any restocking and shipping fees.

  • No hidden credit card fees.

For Purchases:
  • You can return your purchased PLXR solution within 60 days if you're not satisfied.

  • Restocking and shipping fees apply.

  • The restocking and shipping fees are equal to two month's rent as per the rental agreements.

  • Return pricing is as follows:

  • PLXR-1000: $4,000

  • PLXR-2000: $6,000

  • PLXR-3000: $9,000

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5 business days.

  • For rentals, the first, second and last month's leasing fees as well are non-refundable.

  • For purchases, the restocking and shipping fees will be deducted from your total before the refund is issued.

Exchanges:

If you received a damaged or defective item and require an exchange, please contact us within 24-hrs.

We will promptly arrange for a replacement.

Order Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, cancellations may not be possible once the order has been processed and shipped.
